Mobile Blogging
I am trying out a new app on my iPhone. It allows me to blog from my phone. Something I haven't been able to do before. Trying out the free version right now that just allows text posts. Maybe I will upgrade to the full version later which will allow pic posting.

Back Home
Our family made it home from Troy, MO yesterday. We were there for a revival in the Troy Bible Holiness Church. We had a great time with pastor Troy Bolen and his family and the wonderful church people. The revival went great but it is nice to be back home. I did take a few pictures while we were there and will try to post some in the near future.

I Found the Pork
While congress has been hashing out a new stimulus deal and trimming the pork out, I had an interesting occurrence a couple days ago. While driving toward home I saw something go flying off to the side of the road from an oncoming pickup truck. At first I thought it was a deer but soon realized it was a rather large pig. The truck was pulling a livestock trailer and the driver didn't realize he lost his cargo and kept on going. I quickly did a U-turn and caught up with the driver and told him what had happened. When we got back to the place where the pig made his escape, I was surprised to see him up and running around. After many unsuccessful attempts to get the uncooperative animal back into the trailer, the farmer finally just told some onlookers that if they wanted the pig they could have it. He wasn't messing with it anymore. So, someone got 700 lbs worth of free pig.
